We are Diana (goes by Di) and Scott Rook. Scott is a retired photographer and Di worked for Delta Air Lines for 26 years, the last six of which she finally landed her dream job of flight attendant. She retired in 2020 thanks to a very generous early out package from Delta which was desperately trying to downsize due to financial issues related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Because neither of us were old enough to qualify for Medicare we determined that remaining in the U.S. was not affordable. We searched the planet for a suitable spot to land and after much research decided on France.
We would love to share our travels with you, past, present and future, and our beautiful new (well, new in the 12th century) home in Saint-Cyprien. We hope you enjoy the journey as much as we do!
